Who I work with
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, life transitions and feelings of stuckness. Some are struggling to find energy and motivation for the day-to-day; others are searching for a deeper sense of meaning, connection or belonging, or are exploring questions around identity, creativity, spirituality or purpose. Some may be tired of being so hard on themselves and want to develop greater self-understanding and self-acceptance.
More than a diagnosis
A diagnosis or label can be an important part of understanding ourselves, often bringing clarity, relief and self-compassion. At the same time, no diagnosis can fully capture who we are. While many of the people I work with experience anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD or other challenges, I see these as just one part of a much bigger story. My interest is always in you—your experiences, relationships, values, strengths and the unique person behind whatever has brought you to counselling.
A place to be yourself
Whatever your background, identity or life experience, I hope you'll find a space where you can be yourself. I welcome people of all faiths and beliefs, those with no religious faith, LGBTQ+ clients and neurodivergent clients. My focus is always on understanding your individual experience and working together in a way that feels safe, respectful and meaningful to you.
