Helping you come home to yourself

Integrative counselling in Faversham, Kent - in person and online.

Hello, I'm Becky. Welcome to my website.

Since you're here, life may be feeling overwhelming right now. Or you may feel uncertain or as though you've somehow lost touch with yourself. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone...

I believe healing begins when we can explore life's challenges within a relationship where we feel safe, understood and accepted.

Working from my cosy garden room in Faversham, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can bring all of yourself without fear of judgement.

Together we'll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, helping you understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost or hidden.

I see counselling as a process of coming home to yourself.

A relaxed opportunity to talk about what brings you to counselling and see whether I might be the right counsellor for you.

Who I work with

People come to me with many different experiences, including anxiety, low mood and depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, questions around identity and purpose, and experiences associated with neurodiversity.

You might be someone who feels overwhelmed or disconnected, or who is searching for a deeper sense of meaning, connection or belonging. You may be exploring questions around identity, creativity, spirituality or purpose, or simply feel that something in your life isn't quite working as you'd like.

Whatever has brought you here, we can start with where you are.

How I work

As an integrative therapist, rather than expecting you to fit a particular counselling model, I adapt my therapeutic approach to what feels most helpful for you. Some clients appreciate practical tools and strategies, while others benefit from exploring emotions, relationships and deeper questions about who they are through a person-centred approach. My counselling style is collaborative and flexible, rooted in curiosity and compassion.

While the ways in which we work may vary, I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of meaningful therapy. Feeling safe enough to be fully yourself can make it possible to explore painful experiences, reconnect with parts of yourself that have been hidden, and gradually find your way home to yourself.
